Barring any last minute drawback, the renowned Pan African bank, Ecobank plc, is set to organize its five days Design & Build Expo 2024.
The event, themed “Building Nigeria Together” is part of the bank’s innovation and contribution to promoting Nigerian operators in the building, designing and other related sectors, especially in real estate development.
In a press briefing on Monday to herald the event which begins on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 Ecobank Head, SME, Partnerships and Collaboration, Omoboye Odu, said the initiative, is in collaboration with other key stakeholders to showcase the latest trends, innovations, and sustainable practices in architecture, construction, building materials, household appliances, engineering and interior design sectors in Nigeria market.
Odu said, “The expo is geared towards empowering businesses, through financial solutions, promote economic growth, create a sustainable relationship amongst practitioners in the real estate, design and construction sector.
She added the Expo will avail participants the opportunity to get acquainted to cutting-edge modern designs and innovations that can propel their next real estate or construction project. The event is also designed to enlighten participants about available mortgage plans, construction loans, investment opportunities and how to access them to birth real estate without inhibitions.
The initiative is intended to be a rallying point between top developers, architects, and builders desirous of taking over the future of real estate and construction space.

Odu, explained that the expo is set to explore real estate development alongside it value chains ranging from kitchen fittings, equipment, tiling, interior design, lighting to woodwork, steelworks, cladding materials, landscaping amongst many other packages outlined for participants.
