Governor Sim Fubara and his predecessor, minister of FCT, Nysome Wike, have been at loggerhead, allegedly over the control of political structures in the state.
The latest incident occurred when Fubara’s supporters, who had earlier been denied access into the office by security personnel following the court verdict which sacked the Chukwuemeka Aaron led executive, attempted to retake the office on Friday morning.
They were however, halted by Wike’s loyalists, who have been laying siege at the secretariat, leading to a serious confrontation.
